please help code has been calculated via server but when i first try to put the code

it said (0 left) maybe the customer tried to put wrong codes

anybody help

After ten incorrect entries the device will lock to branded carrier, permanently. You cannot unlock it, at that point.

The only solution is an in-factory unlock with the device sent to RIM.

Log is logs idol, charge to expirience,next time need to check your phone 1st.

ang ni rerefund kasi idol ng supplier ay kung "wrong code"
at dapat pang patunayan sa kanila sa pamamagitan ng pag gawa ng video
habang ini input ang code.
