one 6600 contact retalior i try flash with hwk and manual formate set is good working but sometime contact retaior wat s problem

erase flash..but dont forget to create a backup..then full flash it again..

Maybe the SRAM's is defective or some of the SRAM's balls had cracked and needs reheating.

if after you've tried reflowing f11 & f13 and still having same results, you can try to check SRAM as what topman & rasnuj suggesting...but as i've experienced in handling that particular problem sometimes upp hides its own deffect.....just try
