6630 white screen [Archive]

need help...6630 white screen.
history: water damage
replaced display ic
reheat samsung ic
tried three times good lcd still no luck

any idea?????

TRY to REMOVE Crystal IC, Then Chk the Connection
Chk it up if theres a Broken connection B4 Changing a spicific part..
Since its a Water Damage.... Chk all posible connection from Crystal IC to LCD , the best way i can share.....
